Léa Kaufmann est invitée au 31e Symposium scientifique du Département de Biochimie et de génomique fonctionnelle de l'Université de Sherbrooke

En tant que récipiendaire du 1er prix de la journée Simon-Pierre Noël 2024, Léa Kaufmann fut invité à présenter ses travaux de recherche lors du Symposium de l’Université Sherbrooke. Elle y donna une présentation sur "[The] Use of gene expression profiles to predict the biological activity of chemical compounds in cancer cells" en plus d’assiter aux diverses présentations étudiantes.

“On March 12, 2025, as the recipient of the Simon-Pierre Noël 2024 award, I had the chance to participate in the 31st Department of Biochemistry and Functional Genomics symposium at the University of Sherbrooke. It was an opportunity to attend about fifteen excellent student presentations and meet several professors and students from the department. The welcome I received was incredibly warm. We often talk about the stressful and competitive aspects of academic research. Still, it is simply wonderful when it combines kindness, passion, creativity, and rigor, all in a spirit of collaboration.”
