A new bioinformatics analysis of TCR sequences by Assya Trofimov reveals two main classes of functionally distinct TCRs. Her paper, in collaboration with researchers from Claude Perreault’s lab, is available on the BioRXiv preprint server following this link.

Assya Trofimov Awarded Mahan Postdoc Fellowship

Congratulations to Assya Trofimov for winning the Mahan post-doc fellowship. The contest for this prestigious fellowship is held annually by the Fred Hutchison Cancer Research Center in Seattle to reward exceptional candidates by offering financial support for 21 months for computatinoal biology research projects.
