After completing a bilingual bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biology between Germany and France, Lena Herbold began her master’s program in January 2026 at the Université de Montréal. She works under the joint supervision of Sébastien Lemieux and Olivier Mailhot to deepen her expertise in bioinformatics and computational drug discovery. Her research focuses on integrating transcriptomic data, molecular docking, and machine learning to improve the prediction of drug responses in cancer.
