In her third year of the baccalaureate, Eve Wang received the IRIC Next Generation Prize and obtained an internship in the lab of Dr Sébastien Lemieux , to study transcriptomics and structural biology. Given her current passion for applying her computational knowledge to solve biological problems, she finds being able to work in the field of bioinformatics to be an exciting step in her journey. She hopes to pursue a path to help push the boundaries of biological sciences using technology.

Eve was an undergraduate intern. His project focused on the implementation of a new neural network approach to characterize small molecules for drug development using gene profiles.
